Terms of Service

TopWar Helper is a desktop tool that runs on your own computer. It carries out repetitive actions in TopWar: Battle Game — daily quests, hunts, rally-joins — on a schedule, and adds quick-action buttons during battle.

The software runs on your device using your own game accounts. We do not hold, rent or sell game accounts, and we do not supply in-game currency or items.

TopWar Helper is an independently developed third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the developers, publishers or affiliates of TopWar: Battle Game. All related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Using third-party tools may breach the game's own terms of service. Whether to use it, and the consequences of doing so, are yours to judge and to carry.

TopWar Helper accounts can only be created inside the desktop app; this website offers no sign-up. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account.

One licence places no limit on how many game accounts you add to the software, but the licence itself is for your personal use — it may not be resold, rented or shared.

Once you register in the desktop app, a 24-hour full-feature trial starts automatically. No payment method is required. When it ends the software stops working; nothing is charged automatically and no cost arises.

Licences are bought once, for a fixed length of time (for example 30 or 365 days). On successful payment those days are added to your account's licence expiry. This is not a subscription: nothing auto-renews and nothing is auto-charged. Extending it requires you to buy again.

Current prices and available durations are the ones shown in the pricing section of this site. We may change prices; a change does not affect a licence you have already bought and that is still running.

Orders from outside mainland China can be paid with PayPal: either from your PayPal balance, or with a credit or debit card as a guest without a PayPal account. The licence is credited as soon as the payment is captured.

Within 7 days of payment you may request a refund of that order, no reason needed. Send the order number to the support address below.

When a refund is processed, the days that order added are deducted again from your licence expiry.

You agree not to reverse-engineer, crack or bypass the licensing of the software, not to distribute modified builds, and not to use it for anything unlawful where you live.

We may suspend or terminate service, without refund, for serious breaches of this section.

The software is provided "as is". We work to keep it stable and available, but we make no warranty of availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or any specific outcome.

The game's operators may change the game at any time, ban accounts that use third-party tools, or take other measures. We do not control that and are not responsible for it, including game account bans, loss of in-game assets, or loss of game progress. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you will not exceed what you actually paid us in the previous 12 months.

We may add, change or remove features, and we may stop providing the service. If we discontinue it ourselves, we will refund unused licence days pro rata.

You may stop using the software at any time. Stopping does not by itself trigger a refund — for that, see section 6.

These terms may be updated. The current version is published on this page with the date at the top. For significant changes we will try to notify you separately. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.
